Design, construction and author’s supervision of the coastal fishing pier at Kuiviži Port

Salacgriva Port Authority has concluded a contract, as a result of a procurement procedure, with the supplier association “CHR-VM”, formed by SIA “CHR Design Solutions” and SIA “V & M BŪVE”.
Association member CHR Design Solutions is responsible for overall project management and provides design and author’s supervision services within the project. The design phase has been successfully completed, and construction works are currently in progress in the territory of Kuiviži Port.
Within the framework of the project, a new 60-metre-long coastal fishing pier is being constructed, replacing the previously used mooring and storage area for fishing boats. At the same time, port infrastructure is being improved and appropriate navigation depths are being ensured at the pier.
The planned improvements will significantly enhance the servicing capacity of the fishing fleet and will contribute to the sustainable development of the Kuiviži Port area.
